Shelly Orlando Realtor

Shelly Orlando is a full-time Realtor and Mother to two beautiful children.  Her children, age 6 and 10, are her pride and joy - and she enjoys spending time with her large extended family - most of whom all still live in the Sacramento area - where her family has lived since the early 40's.  Her parents bought their first house after they were married in the Tahoe Park area - and then moved to neighborhoods such as College Greens, Campus Commons, and Carmichael.  Shelly and her husband live in Roseville and enjoy the neighborhoods, schools and all that the area has to offer.  They are frequent visitors to the Tahoe area and enjoy the close drive up 80 to spend time in Tahoe. 

Shelly and her family are active parishioners at the Our Lady of the Assumption parish in Carmichael.  Shelly and her husband also are very active in the local tennis community.  They both have served on the board of the Sacramento Capitals Wheelchair Tennis Association and helped to coordinate the annual wheelchair tennis tournament at Johnson Ranch Racquet Club in Roseville....a club they also enjoying playing tennis.  They were also named the Volunteers of the Year for Norcal USTA for 2007!

Shelly has a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Santa Clara and a M.A. in Educational Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

She has been working in the field of real estate for over 10 years - and has been a Realtor for the last 7 years.  She is a Life member of the Masters Club for both the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the Placer County Board of Realtors - a designation awarded to the top 5-10% of area Realtors.  She is very proud of her achievement within that association - and hopes to continue the success that is brought about by wonderful clients and their search for there perfect home!
